Terms of service
These terms apply to CapitalReady as of November 4, 2026. CapitalReady is a readiness assessment for a nonprofit capital project, used before a feasibility study.
Access
Access is by invitation. Use the email address the invitation was sent to, then the sign-in code sent to that address. Do not share the code.
An organization has one participant. A foundation officer who administers CapitalReady can read that organization’s assessment.
What the assessment is
CapitalReady shows a recommendation, what is strong, and what still needs work, drawn from the answers and the documents. It is not a feasibility study, an audit opinion, or legal, tax, or fundraising advice.
Figures read from an uploaded document are proposed. The person completing the assessment confirms them before they are used.
The record
An organization’s answers, figures, and documents are kept for this engagement. They are not published. Other organizations cannot see them. Removing a person’s sign-in does not delete the organization’s assessment.
